Tap the + button to add a new note. You can type text, paste a web link, upload a PDF, or take a photo. Capto will automatically process and organize your content using AI.
When you save content, Capto's AI automatically generates a summary, assigns relevant tags, and places it in a category. This happens in the background so your library stays organized without any manual effort.
Collections let you extract structured data from your notes. Define a schema with custom fields (for example, a "Recipes" collection with fields for ingredients, cooking time, and difficulty) and Capto will automatically extract matching data from your notes.
In addition to regular full-text search, you can ask questions in natural language across your entire library. Capto's AI will synthesize an answer and show you the source notes it used.
Open any note and tap the chat icon to ask AI questions about that specific note. You can also chat across your entire library from the search tab.
The free tier includes a limited number of notes and AI chat messages. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited notes, checklists, data extraction, and AI search answers.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Manage Subscription in the App, or open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
Go to Settings → Delete Account in the App. Deletion is permanent and removes all your notes, collections, checklists, and chat history from our servers.
Make sure you're running the latest version of the App and the latest version of iOS. If the problem persists, email us with your device model, iOS version, and a description of what happened and we'll look into it.
