Capto ("the App") is developed by Boli Apps. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices.

Data Storage

Your account data and content are stored on servers hosted by Fly.io in the United States. Data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see "Delete Your Account" below).

Subscriptions

The App offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and managed via RevenueCat. We do not have access to your payment details.

Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App: go to Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes all your notes, collections, checklists, and chat history from our servers.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
